Sloans of North Sydney

Jordan is great! He is super patient and made recommendations based on my face shape and level of care routine. I had a fair amount cut off and absolutely love his suggestions. I have had my third hair cut with Jordan and each time he is very patient and friendly. I previously used to hate getting my hair cut but am now happy to trust Jordan with my hair. The hair treatments, head massage and blow dry are the best! Thank you.

Meghan. I have seen Meghan a few times at Sloans NS. I have been absolutely happy and thrilled each and every time. Meghan always gets the colour right, does a fantastic job, provides hair treatment which makes my hair soft and healthy looking; Meghan also suggests products which would be great for my hair. I found Sloans on the Kerastase Website, was lucky enough to receive Meghan - I have since relocated to Port Stephens and have not found another Meghan:( I have attended two other Salons I found on Kerastase Website hoping for same professional and great results as Meghan @Sloans - A big fat NO, they were both absolutely terrible (I have reported to Kerastase) Again - Cannot praise Meghan enough.

First time at Sloans NS and I had a great experience. Seen the lovely Yodit ( I hope I spelt name right)and omg WOW! She is an expert with curly long hair and she nailed what I asked for. Very friendly and professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. Sloans has an absolute asset with Yodit. Can’t wait for my next visit!

One of the worst experience I had with Sloans specially the North sydney Sloans . First of all they are very big scammer. I booked online for haircut from junior artist whose charges were 80$ I paid deposit 30$ and rest it asked me to pay at the time of appointment , I went for an my appointment on 17/10/2023 and i booked appointment with Yodit she is very unprofessional not at all friendly and very rude Very very rude 😒🤯😡. I asked her to suggest me some good haircut becoz i am not sure which one to take and even discuss with her my daily routine and shown her some haircut pictures and after long discussion we came into conclusion that we will do the haircut whatever pic I have shown her becoz that lady has no experience it seems that how to treat customer and how to help them and she washed my hair and asked me to sit for haircut and she was preparing for the cut and in between she told that this cut will charge 100 $ I asked that i already paid 30 $ in advance and I took 80-$ package then why it is 100 $ she told becoz it will take time and we are doing steps , and she told 80$ is only for trimming which they nowhere mentioned on on the website when you book online here they will play with you and ask for extra money and the other thing I want to mention about Yodit is she is very unfriendly and dseont treat customers properly and when you ask questions she will reply very rudely and she gave me very bad haircut I cant even imagine this will happen to mu hair I had such a ling hair and she made is worst I am not able to see the cut and she dosent know how ro blow dry also , My made my day worst seriously 😡😡😡. I am going to unfollow Salons from everywhere. Please dont go and if you are going please dont book with yodit she is worst and I am crying literally I have my Home ceremony tommorow and she did my hairs very bad rather I have not done
